Sandi – Sandi created Flirt to be the Cheers of waxing salons – a nice, clean place where you come in with your girls... where you feel like you're getting a spa treatment at your BFF's house... where the staff are all tight with each other so as to better serve you with their individually fabulous, yet interchangeably well-honed aesthetician skills. Sandi depends on her team for her own depilation requirements, so you know they know their stuff. Unruly eyebrows better start quaking in their little follicles when Sandi comes around. "I can tell how someone lives their entire life just by looking at their eyebrows, and it is my mission in life to perfect every brow I can get my hands on," she vows, cracking her knuckles menacingly.

Meredith – LA Weekly's Best Brazilian Waxer 2006, Meredith knows how to treat a dame’s downstairs right with her fast technique and nonstop friendly chit-chat. "Where Sandi rocks the top, I rock the bottom," she declares. But her first fondness is facials; known around the salon as Ingredient Girl, Meredith totally adores breaking down the science of skincare into bite-sized chunks, educating clients about which products work for their needs and why. "I had horrible cystic acne while I was growing up, and I really want to help people so they don't have to live with bad skin," she relates, "and I love that I get to do what I love for a living and send people away happy."

Ginger – A longtime friend of Sandi's, Ginger became so inspired by Sandi's love of the wax that she followed her on down the muslin path. She comments, "I have always wanted a career I was in love with and had all but given up hope until I became an esthetician. I lie awake at night and think of ways to improve our business and services." Devoted to sculpting brows into flawlessness, Ginger also enjoys administering microdermabrasion facials because she says clients can see the difference right away. She notes of the homey, laid-back atmosphere around the salon, "It's a real come-as-you-are kind of place.... think of the salon in Steel Magnolias but without the accents!"

Liesl – "It's the most gratifying feeling to help people with their skin," says Liesl. "Skincare – and eyebrows – called me." She enjoys analyzing and treating each client's particular skin needs, and favors the intense Deep Sea Peel's power to restore hydration and a youthful appearance. She has a reputation for maintaining expert brow-shaping abilities. She is a photographer and painter, and you might see some of her work around the salon.

Olivia – New face at Flirt Olivia wants to give you some new face, too! She's been interested in skincare ever since she was a teenager conducting mask and scrub experiments in the kitchen. Olivia's early 20s experiences with hormonal acne fuel her dedication to correcting others' skin issues. Clearing her own skin was a trial-and-error process; she wants to help make the healing process less painful for anyone suffering similar troubles. "The biggest thing I want my clients to know is that skin care is not always one-size-fits all," she says, "and there are solutions." She thanks you (yes, you) for allowing her to do a job she loves where she gets to meet so many fantastic people (like you)!

Michelle – On her way to becoming a makeup artist, Michelle fell in love with the other aspects of esthetician work, and it was that love that – eight years later – led her to the doors of Flirt! Equally skilled in administering facials, she especially adores grooming brows: “Having them in a beautiful shape makes a huge difference. You could have no makeup on whatsoever and just rock a great brow shape and everything is splendid!” Michelle’s favorite part of her job is seeing her clients walk away happy. “Whether I have 15 minutes with you or an hour... I really enjoy making people feel comfortable and good in their own skin,” she smiles.
