We know that feeling good and looking good can often go hand-in-hand, and we at Flirt would like to make both an economic possibility for you: For the month of April we are pleased to offer Cosmedix’s Today’s Peels, Benefit or Pomegranate, at the remarkably low price of $70 per facial!
Today’s Peels are specially formulated to promote new cell growth that can reduce the appearance of fine lines and pigmentation with glowing results! These treatments are perfect for the change in weather as we spend more time outside enjoying the longer days as they do not have a ‘down’ time! Included in the price are a cleansing treatment, mild extractions, moisturizing treatment, and helpful aftercare info!
All of our extremely talented aestheticians are well versed in skin care and will consult with you to determine the best peel for you. Looking good and feeling good without breaking the bank, what’s not to love?
We are currently taking reservations for the month of April. You can make an appointment through our Appointments page or by giving us a call.
And remember to book early as space is limited!

Preparing for your first wax? Read here:
- Grow that hair! Our estheticians need at least 3 to 4 weeks’ (or about 1/4″) of growth since your last shave/wax. This ensures the cleanest removal – less risk of broken hairs that can become ingrowns – and a less painful procedure.
- Exfoliate daily. Using an abrasive loofah – the coarser the loofah the better – will take away dead skin cells that contribute to ingrown hairs. NOTE: Don’t exfoliate right after a wax. Give it a day or two to let your skin recover.
- Don’t wax if you’ve been tanning. Waxing removes the very top layer of dead cells, revealing newer, more tender skin beneath. Again, give it a few days away from the UV rays before you come in for a wax.
- Take some painkillers before your appointment if need be. A little ibuprofen (on a full stomach) can go a long way.
- If at first you don’t succeed…receptionist Crystal recommends trying waxing three times to see whether it’s for you. Worried about the sensation (aka ouch)? She comments, “The first time is the worst and it will never be that bad again. After the first time, you already know what to expect – the anticipation is over.” If you discover that waxing doesn’t work for you, well…the more you know, right?
All of our estheticians are extremely knowledgeable, talented, and helpful, and would be glad to address any other concerns that you might have — just ask!
